We are looking for a Fullstack Java Developer to join a well-established IT consulting company with over 50 years of experience delivering tailored software solutions for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain fullstack applications (frontend + backend)
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams
Design and implement tailored technical solutions
Work across both cloud and on-premise environments
Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience with reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, Reactive Streams)
Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures and Kafka
Hands-on experience integrating Kafka with Spring (Spring Cloud Stream)
Strong database knowledge, especially PostgreSQL, and ORM tools (Hibernate)
Experience with JDBC / R2DBC and reactive data processing
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments
Interest in leveraging AI tools for software development
Strong English communication skills (German is a plus).
