This is a role for someone who enjoys building, solving problems, and having direct influence over the product and technical direction.

The Role

You'll work across .NET Core, React, APIs, and Azure to deliver customer-facing product features from idea through to production.

This is a genuinely hands‑on full stack role.

Strong frontend capability matters here just as much as backend engineering.

Rather than expecting someone to walk in as an expert in every area from day one, the team has a clear view of what’s core to the role, where there’s room to grow, and where you’ll have longer‑term impact.

• Building production applications across .NET Core and React
• Developing modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript
• Designing and consuming APIs
• Working within cloud‑based environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Delivering features end‑to‑end with strong engineering standards
• Contributing to architecture and technical direction

• Leading delivery across onshore and offshore teams
• Improving frontend patterns, scalability, and engineering practices

What You’ll Bring

• Strong commercial experience with C# / .NET Core
• Strong React experience building modern frontend applications
• Confidence working across the full stack
• Experience building cloud‑native systems (Azure preferred)
• Good understanding of system design and modern web architecture
• Ability to communicate technical trade‑offs clearly
• Collaborative mindset and ownership mentality
