A fast-growing AI company in NYC (Flatiron) backed by top-tier investors recently raised a $30M Series A and is building end-to-end AI systems for accounting and finance workflows. The team is scaling quickly and is hiring a Fullstack Product Engineer to own major product surfaces and ship real, production-grade features used by customers daily.
What You'll Do
+ Own product features end-to-end-from idea ? design ? build ? deploy.
+ Architect full-stack systems spanning frontend, backend, and APIs.
+ Work closely with users and internal teams to shape product direction.
+ Drive high-quality execution in a fast, iterative environment.
+ Contribute to engineering culture and mentor teammates.
What We're Looking For
+ Deep experience in at least one full-stack language + strong product sense.
+ Background in high-velocity environments (early-stage startup or quant-style engineering team).
+ Demonstrated ownership and meaningful impact in past roles.
+ Strong tenure (2+ years) and evidence of progression.
+ Strong academic foundation (top global university, strong GPA).
+ Passionate about solving complex problems in a collaborative, in-person setting.
Bonus Skills
+ Product management instincts: user research, iteration, feedback loops.
+ Experience with AI/LLM-integrated products.
