Role Type: Project-Based B2B Contractor (Fixed-Term).

Initial Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on project needs).

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).

Location: Fully Remote (Argentina).
What we look for:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building full-stack applications with Python , with a proven track record of delivering scalable web solutions.
- Strong experience developing backend services with FastAPI (or similar Python frameworks) and modern frontend applications using frameworks such as React , Angular , or Vue.js .
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including solid ORM experience.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure ) and modern authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2 .
- Strong understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, automated testing, and maintainable development practices.
- English proficiency (B2+) – comfortable communicating technical concepts in an international environment.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
We'll appreciate if you have:
- Experience with Healthcare Interoperability standards , including FHIR and/or HL7 .
- Previous experience working on HealthTech products.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating AI-powered services or using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
- Build scalable APIs and responsive user interfaces while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver impactful features.
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and code reviews.
- Communicate daily in English with international teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
