The company has some of the world's biggest music stars on its roster and provides innovative analytical tools both to their signed artists and to independent musicians.Position OverviewThe client is actively integrating automation, data science, and other modern technologies into its operations and plans to expand the team in various projects, such as processing tools for new artists and tracks, license and rights management, marketing, and A/R activity.

ResponsibilitiesTeam management including technical and professional mentorship of team membersOn-time delivery of high quality, secure & performant softwareCoordinate and collaborate with multiple departments (Engineering, Dev Ops, Technical Services, Product, UI/UX)Bring new ideas to the table (both technology and process) and influence engineering cultureCommunicate with the client, discuss architecture design, and make decisionsPerform code reviewsTake responsibility for the code qualityQualifications4+ years of development experience with React.Js, State Management libraries, and Next.Js platform2+ years of development experience with Node.Js (or Python as plus)Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with AWSSkilled with Material‐UI, Formik librariesUnderstanding of WebSocket (SignalR)Fundamental knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, HTTPBroad knowledge in the field of available libraries and front-end development solutionsProject management experienceExperience in understanding and documenting functional and technical requirements, ability to create and deliver presentationsAbility to communicate technical requirements and transfer knowledge to the project team, communicate with project managers and team leaders, and the ability to guide and mentor team members during the development of technical solutionsAlgorithmic problem-solving skillsStrong people-oriented mindset and leadership skillsSpoken English#J- *-Ljbffr
