We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, secure, and scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best engineering practices. You will also play a key role in fostering a fun, inclusive, and collaborative work environment while working with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve high-quality, high-security, and high-availability web applications.
- Champion engineering best practices, such as shift-left testing, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
- Write, execute, and maintain unit tests, API tests, and UI tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Help cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full stack development using React, Java, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing, API testing, and UI testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and participating in related ceremonies.
- Advanced English.
- Solid understanding of best practices in software engineering, including secure coding and test-driven development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
