- Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Retool Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.
Our client is a fast-moving startup company headquartered in Chicago that provides food and beverage data and insights to maintain food and nutrition databases worldwide.
The solution is dedicated to giving the world complete, accurate, up-to-date food and nutrition information.
The company's food database focuses on nutrition and health data like complete nutrition profiles, product sourcing, and packaging.
They are creating the world's most accurate food database with state-of-the-art lab testing and cutting-edge AI.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of experience with Retool to develop custom tools and dashboards, focusing on database integration and UI development in Retool.
- Extensive experience connecting Retool to databases, creating complex queries, and ensuring smooth data flows within Retool apps.
- Expertise in creating custom components (e.g., Nutrition Fact Panels) within Retool.
- A strong background in database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for designing, optimizing, and managing databases and understanding design efficient, scalable solutions in Retool without the need for web services.
- Understanding how to build responsive layouts using CSS grid, Flexbox, and Retool custom CSS to ensure a polished, mobile-adaptive interface.
- Fluent English.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain custom Retool dashboards and internal tools for database integration and data visualization.
- Design and implement custom components in Retool (e.g., Nutrition Fact Panels) to visualize and interact with complex data.
- Build highly responsive, intuitive internal tools for business operations.
- Manage, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Ensure all Retool interfaces are responsive across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop), leveraging CSS grid, Flexbox, and custom CSS overrides.WE OFFER
