In this role you design, build and ship features and integrations for TheForkManager, shaping how restaurants leverage our software. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teammates and stakeholders to ensure impact on product and users. You’ll participate in planning, technical investigations, and maintenance while mentoring juniors and contributing to architectural decisions. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity to drive value at scale in a diverse, international environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, develop and ship features and integrations for TheForkManager
• Participate in planning with engineering manager, designers and product manager
• Perform in-depth technical analysis for future developments
• Contribute to bug fixing, maintenance and tech debt management
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers
• Engage in technical design decisions and explore new technologies
• Provide feedback in retrospectives and continuous improvement
• Participate in user-facing interviews and observe product use
• Engage with internal engineering communities and guilds
Responsabilidades
• 4-6 years of experience as a software engineer, preferably full stack
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with NodeJs and React Native
• Proficient in TypeScript, Datadog, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, REST APIs and Auth0
• Understanding of micro-services, xqbhyrx queues and async workers
• Open to AI coding agents and new development tools
• Team player with transparent communication
• Solid understanding of product development and discovery principles
• Fluent in English and able to work in a diverse international environment
