Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems that support government digital services and citizen-facing platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing applications and infrastructure.
- Participate in code review processes to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
- Partner with UX designers to develop comprehensive product designs that meet user needs and government service requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in frontend development with React.js.
- Experience in backend development using Go and/or Node.js is highly advantageous.
- Experience with modern web applications in JavaScript is highly advantageous.
- Experience in automated testing using JavaScript testing frameworks/libraries such as Karma, Mocha, Chai, and Sinon is highly advantageous.
- Experience with database management/usage (both relational and non-relational), and handling of data in different environments is highly advantageous.
- Experience in using Docker containers, development of CI/CD pipelines, and deployment using cloud services such as AWS/PasSes/your own private servers is a nice bonus
- Experience in the software development lifecycle in an Agile context is a plus point.
- Experience in Scrum is a plus point.
