When a K-Pop concert goes on sale in Indonesia, tens of thousands of fans hit buy at the exact same second. Our job is to make sure every transaction is fast, fair, and correct — even when 200,000 people are competing for 50,000 tickets in the first 90 seconds.

Moflip is Indonesia's leading ticketing, membership, and event technology platform. We power fan engagement for major football clubs, K-Pop concert promoters, and large-scale live events — serving hundreds of thousands of customers across the country. As part of Bara Group, we're expanding into white label membership, creator commerce, and B2G solutions.
Our engineering team is small, deliberate, and growing. We're looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Software Engineer who wants real ownership — not tickets in a backlog.
What you'll work on
• High-concurrency reservation and payment systems that handle real event-day spikes
• Customer-facing ticketing and membership products used by hundreds of thousands of Indonesians
• Internal platforms that operations, finance, and partner teams depend on daily
• Architecture decisions, code reviews, and production reliability — not just feature work
What we're looking for
• Strong fundamentals — data structures, system design, and the ability to reason through trade-offs under pressure
• Backend proficiency in Go, Rust, Node.js, or Python; frontend experience with React or Next.js
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis in production
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (we run on AWS)
• 3–5 years of professional engineering experience
Bonus if you've worked on: payment integrations, real-time features (SSE/WebSockets), high-load consumer systems, or ticketing/e-commerce platforms.

You'll write code that runs during events. Not in staging. Not in a low-traffic internal tool. On the night of a sold-out concert, when every request matters and every bug is visible.
