Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust web and mobile applications from end-to-end. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with rapid feedback loops. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms, optimizing database performance, and ensuring high standards of security and reliability across all systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web and/or mobile applications in production environments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable and scalable technical specifications.
- Drive the deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Manage and optimize relational database performance (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and implement caching solutions where appropriate.
- Uphold and enforce security best practices and reliability standards across all developed systems and infrastructure.
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualification / Requirements
- +5 years of hands-on fullstack development experience in production environments.
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, with a strong understanding of modern frameworks and libraries.
- Expertise in relational databases and caching system
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work independently as a self-starter.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
