Located near the University of Waterloo CampusEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentCompensation: $90,000 – $130,000 CAD annually + RRSP matchingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join a growing technology team in Whitby, Ontario. This position is primarily focused on Angular development (approximately 80%), with additional responsibilities supporting backend development using .NET technologies (approximately 20%).The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications that support core business operations.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular- Develop and support backend services and APIs using .NET / C#- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions- Participate in code reviews and contribute to established development standards and best practices- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to system performance, scalability, and security- Maintain appropriate technical documentationQualifications- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience- Strong hands‑on experience with React (recent versions preferred)- Experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET / C#- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsCompensation & Benefits- Annual base salary range of $90,000 – $130,000 CAD, commensurate with experience and qualifications- RRSP matching program- Paid vacation and public holidays in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA)- Participation in company benefit programs, where applicableAdditional InformationThis position is based in Waterloo, Ontario.
