We are building a new standard in prevention insurance and expanding our engineering team across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. We are looking for experienced engineers to help us scale our product and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build provider‑facing platforms that streamline healthcare operations and create seamless experiences for thousands of medical professionals.
  
• Ship AI‑powered tools that help members navigate healthcare effortlessly, from booking doctor appointments to finding the right specialist.
  
• Create delightful mobile and web experiences that put members in control of their health journey, making healthcare feel simple and accessible.
  
• Build global‑first infrastructure designed for reusability across multiple markets, supporting Alan’s international expansion.
  
• Own critical product decisions as a domain expert, from system design to roadmap prioritization, directly shaping how Alan delivers healthcare.
  
• Innovate on healthcare delivery by building tools that bridge the gap between insurance, providers, and members.
  
• Take on high‑impact and high‑risk projects involving many engineers.
  
• Design efficient systems and engineering practices that facilitate interactions between multiple teams and products.
  
• Mentor other engineers and lead small crews, fostering technical growth.
  
• Contribute to hiring and shape the technical assessment process for new colleagues.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience, with a strong background in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#).
  
• Comfortable working with Python and JavaScript;
  prior experience with modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
  
• Passionate about building products that deliver great user experiences.
  
• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of end‑to‑end solutions.
  
• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching others.
  
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a benefit but not required.
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑impact projects and guide technical decisions.
