Job DetailsJob Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 HourlySUMMARY: Fully stages all necessary catering equipment and supplies needed for a complete set up of a function. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the thorough and accurate set-up of all catered eventsAbility to carefully follow direction with care to all details and department standards paying special attention toBanquet Event Orders and Pull Sheets to ensure accuracy of all event set ups.Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to, tray carrying, wine service, table service and buffet serviceThoroughly break-down and clean up all catering equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverageComplete tasks in a variety of environment as assigned by management to include indoor and outdoor catering throughout the propertyCommunicate any and all special requests and needs to management that are expressed by client during set up timeSpecial projects and assignments as business dictate.
