Job Description:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with extensive expertise in enterprise application design and development.
- 10+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including component architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with SQL Server (or equivalent RDBMS), including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Proven experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar, with the ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, object-oriented programming, secure coding practices, and application scalability.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture and code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical leadership.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Fund Administration.
- Experience integrating with Sage Intacct or similar ERP/Financial platforms.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or backend development.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Experience building enterprise financial transaction processing systems, reporting platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
