- Experience implementing retry, repair, validation, and error-handling strategies for LLM outputs
- Experience designing RAG and semantic search solutions
- Experience with entity resolution, fuzzy matching, confidence thresholds, and disambiguation
- Experience building FastAPI-based microservices
- Experience with asynchronous Python and parallel API/LLM calls
- Experience developing evaluation harnesses, test sets, and regression frameworks
- Experience with metadata/catalog services and entitlement-aware data access
- Experience collaborating with platform, data, service, and product teams
- Strong experience with code reviews, design discussions, and production readiness reviews
- Excellent technical documentation skills including Confluence, ADRs, sequence diagrams, and flow diagrams
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
