Job Description/ Responsibilities
Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
Hands on Java , Spring Boot ,Microservices,Kafka Kubernetes experiences .
Experience in development leveraging Github copilot and Claude Code.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality and actively learns new skills.
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices ,Kafka, Kubernetes,Spring Security.
Very Strong in Kafka .
Self Learner , Take ownership of the deliverables without micro management.
Proficiency in using claude code and Github Copilot for Development.
Good Experience in SQL, Oracle DB, Performance Tuning .
Build and deployment tools like Jenkins
Strong communication skills and experienced in delivering projects in Scrum agile methodology.
Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving
Being a self-starter, quick learner, detail oriented.
Preferrable Skills:
Banking Domain Knowledge
Knowledge in Banking ISO /Swift Standards
