Job Description:
- We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands on technical support for end user computing services.
- The role involves supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, laptop, desktop, MacOS, and mobile device environments.
- The candidate will also support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, MFD devices, conferencing rooms, and basic network related issues.

Responsibilities :
- Support end users using Windows 10, Windows 11, laptops, desktops, MacOS systems, and mobile devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to user devices.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint access, licensing issues, and application errors. Manage basic Active Directory support tasks such as account unlocks, password resets, user profile issues, and access group updates.
- Troubleshoot printer and MFD issues including installation, mapping, connectivity, print queue issues, and scan to email problems.
- Support endpoint management activities using tools such as JAMF, SCCM, and MECM. Assist with Zoom Rooms and Webex Rooms for meetings, room readiness, device connectivity, audio issues, and video issues.
- Handle basic networking issues such as internet connectivity, WiFi access, LAN connectivity, VPN support, and network printer access.
- Follow ticketing procedures for incident logging, troubleshooting updates, resolution notes, and closure. Ensure good user experience through clear communication, ownership, and timely follow up.
