Role: GhostDraft Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a GhostDraft Developer to build and maintain insurance document templates using GhostDraft. This role focuses on document generation, template development, conditional logic, and document testing rather than system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GhostDraft document templates
• Configure templates using GhostDraft Hub, Studio, Portal, and Data Workbench
• Implement XML/JSON data mapping and conditional logic
• Perform unit testing of generated documents
• Maintain template specifications, documentation, and change history
• Track development activities and support ongoing document automation initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on GhostDraft experience
• Experience with GhostDraft Hub, Studio, Portal, and Data Workbench
• Strong XML/JSON, data mapping, and conditional logic skills
• Experience testing document templates and generated outputs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Insurance domain experience
• Experience with document automation platforms
• Exposure to legacy insurance systems
