You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of IT Applications, Distribution. Your responsibilities include managing incident reports, developing software solutions, and adhering to Gildan's SDLC. Emphasis will be placed on developing technical specifications and improving your programming skills over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address incidents from the Distribution team effectively
• Use Change Management tools for deployment
• Ensure security and accuracy in reporting software
• Collaborate with the business to create technical documents
• Enhance skillset to develop labeling and distribution documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in software development or support
• Familiarity with WMS, AS400, RPG, and Cognos reporting
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in English and willingness to support language needs
