We are seeking a competent Senior Golang/Python Developer to design and improve internal client products aimed at enhancing developer productivity across engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality backend solutions with Go and Python
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools that improve developer workflows and productivity
- Address complex technical problems through innovative and scalable solutions
- Use Git to ensure effective version control and maintain code quality through collaborative workflows
- Enhance efficiency and performance by optimizing existing systems and processes
- Implement integration approaches, including APIs, microservices, and web services
- Maintain product quality through rigorous code reviews
- Clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical team members
- Document software design, implementation, and maintenance activities
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Go and Python with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Strong familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration
- Background in creating internal tools or platforms that improve developer velocity
- Skills in software development, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and related tools
- Background in prompt engineering or eagerness to acquire it
- Expertise in integration technologies like APIs, web services, and microservices
- Familiarity with agile environments and dynamic development workflows
