Overview
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a GPU Server Test Software Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. The position is 100% onsite.
Salary: USD65000 - USD70000 per year + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning & Execution- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate product functionality and quality.
Test Automation- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and improve overall testing efficiency.
Program Deployment- Deploy, update, and manage diagnostic and test software on manufacturing or production lines.
Custom Tool Development- Develop specialized diagnostic utilities and test tools, including GPU and PCIe testing applications.
Troubleshooting & Failure Analysis- Perform in-depth diagnostic test failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability.
Required Technical Skills- Programming & Tools: Proficiency in Python, Bash shell scripting, Git, and Jenkins.
- Operating Systems: Strong experience working in Linux environments.
- Hardware & Networking: Fundamental understanding of server and network architectures with proficiency in remote troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in server, data center, or test system environments within OEM or manufacturing settings.
Education & Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant engineering or software testing experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Integration Accuracy: Achieve 100% compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
- Project Timeliness: Deliver integrated test programs within agreed timelines.
- Error Rate: Maintain an error rate of less than 2% in integrated test programs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Receive consistently positive feedback regarding integration quality and responsiveness.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Participate in at least 90% of scheduled project meetings.
