Job Summary (List Format):
- Utilize SPARQL, RDF, OWL, and other semantic web technologies for data modeling and querying.
- Develop and manage graph databases such as Stardog or Neo4j.
- Process and visualize data using SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
- Work with EXFO Ontology (PRONTO) preferred, but not mandatory if strong in SPARQL, RDF, OWL, and graph databases.
- Apply domain knowledge of telecom network architecture, including service fulfillment (provisioning and activation).
- Integrate with OSS/BSS systems, CMDB, and network inventory tools.
- Work with event-driven and real-time data architectures using Kafka and REST APIs.
- Design and develop APIs using SPARQL and Python.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Hold a graduation degree or higher.
- Demonstrate general managerial skills as needed.
