Carousel is an early-stage, high-growth B2B startup in one of the most interesting corners of tech, and we're building our core sales team. Growth Associate is our name for an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) role - the first step on a clear, documented path to Account Executive.
This is a rare ground-floor seat. You'll be trained hands-on by our existing Account Executive - someone who's done the job, knows our market cold, and is genuinely invested in getting you promoted. Entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply - we hire for hunger, coachability, and communication, and we teach the rest.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the first point of contact for prospective customers
- Research target accounts and book qualified meetings for our Account Executive
- Learn our product, market, and buyers inside and out
- Hit and beat activity and pipeline goals
- Bring ideas - at this stage, your input shapes how we grow
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Naturally curious and competitive
- Clear, confident communicator, written and verbal
- Organized and self-motivated in a fast-moving environment
- 0-2 years of experience; recent grads and career-switchers genuinely welcome
