Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Program Manager to oversee Lab Build processes across multiple development teams and locations. The role involves managing the lifecycle of hardware procurement, assembly, and operations for test laboratories. This position requires strong collaboration with engineering teams, finance, procurement, and senior leadership to enhance lab efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and vendor relations for lab hardware and equipment.
- Implement and maintain material tracking and inventory management systems.
- Oversee test lab assembly, setup, and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lab build requirements with project timelines.
- Develop and implement new mechanisms for improving lab operations and report on lab performance metrics.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in hardware program management or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in related software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SAP).
Industry Experience:
Previous hardware lab management or technical environment exposure preferred.
