Hardware Development Manager
This role oversees the complete hardware development lifecycle for advanced XR glasses, from initial design through to mass production. You will guide engineering and operations teams, manage risks, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of innovative consumer electronics. Your expertise will be crucial in driving cross-functional collaboration and fostering strong relationships with development partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide hardware platform development and team strategy.
- Lead teams in designing, building, and launching system solutions.
- Manage development risks to achieve build milestones and cost targets.
- Oversee product development processes and phase gate reviews.
- Develop and manage program schedules and resource needs.
Must-Have Skills:
