Java Salesforce & Apex RESTful APIs & Enterprise Integrations Git Hub, CI/CD & Automation Test-Driven Development (TDD) Agile Delivery Practices Scalable Enterprise Architecture Security-Conscious Engineering AI-Assisted Development Workflows What We're Looking For 8+ years of software development experience with a strong technical foundation 5+ years of hands‑on Java development experience Salesforce/Apex experience highly advantageous Proven experience leading architecture and technical decision‑making across teams Experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD and deployment pipelines Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and maintainable system design Track record of mentoring, coaching, and growing engineering talent Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities Bonus Points Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I preferred) Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certifications Penetration testing or security engineering experience Front‑end development exposure Large‑scale API and integration architecture experience Agile/Scrum leadership experience Experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery
