An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Financial Adviser Manager to join a well-established and growing financial planning business.

Lead an Established Advice Team | High-Quality Client Base | $185K-$200K Package.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing approximately 80-90 fee-for-service clients, while overseeing and supporting a collaborative financial planning team of approximately 8-9 staff across advice, paraplanning, client services, and operations.

The existing team structure includes:

• Multiple Paraplanners
• Client Service Officer support
• Operations Lead
• Additional Financial Adviser support
• Combination of onshore and offshore team members

This is a leadership-focused role suited to someone who enjoys coaching, process improvement, client relationship management, and driving strong advice outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture an established portfolio of high-value fee-for-service clients
• Lead and mentor members of the advice and support team
• Conduct strategic review meetings and provide holistic financial advice
• Drive client engagement and retention initiatives
• Work closely with operations and paraplanning teams to ensure efficient workflow management
• Support business growth initiatives and contribute to overall strategic direction
• Ensure compliance and best practice advice standards are maintained

About You

• Experienced Financial Adviser with leadership or management experience
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high-value ongoing client relationships
• Experience working within holistic financial planning environments
• Strong understanding of compliance and advice processes
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop support staff and junior advisers
