Looking for an experienced PMO Contractor to support a confidential project for an initial 6-8 week period.
The role will involve supporting a programme workstream and working closely with the Project Manager and Chief People Officer (CPO). We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and exceptionally strong in reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supporting programme planning, tracking, and governance activities
- Coordinating project meetings, actions, and follow-ups
- Producing high-quality status people reports, dashboards, and project updates
- Managing project documentation and ensuring accurate record keeping
- Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
- Supporting stakeholder communications and engagement activities
- Ensuring project deliverables and timelines remain on track
Location: Central Manchester
Working pattern: Approximately 3-4 days per week for 4 weeks.
