This means continuously listening, learning, and adapting to ensure that every student and family feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.Location: Colomos , Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.MissionTo support the smooth day-to-day operation of the high school through effective substitute coverage systems and the coordination of major student programs, events, and logistical processes, ensuring operational continuity and allowing school leadership to focus on strategic priorities.ResponsibilitiesHigh School Programs & Event Operations (60%)Coordinate and support the operational execution of major high school programs and events, including:Week Without Walls (WWW)College and career fairDrama production supportMentoring eventsGraduation logisticsSupport other major student leadership activities requiring multi-stakeholder coordination (Senior Project, Wellness Wednesday, Sin Fronteras, Senior Sleepover, GUAMUN, Noche Bohemia)Responsibilities Include:Event timeline managementLogistics coordinationVendor and facilities communicationBudget tracking within approved limitsParent communication supportRisk management planningCoordination with faculty, counselors, and administrationB.
