HVAC Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HVAC or refrigeration technician to provide technical and customer support to internal teams and external customers while ensuring up-to-date product knowledge. This is a standard office‑based role to start, with remote work available after the probation period. The position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to trade and retail customers
• Process service requests, orders, returns and warranties
• Assist with administration and operational tasks
• Develop and update training materials and product knowledge resources
• Support team training and knowledge development
• Prepare service reports and gather product feedback to assist with product improvements

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within the air‑conditioning or refrigeration industry
• Air‑conditioning or refrigeration trade qualification
• ARCtick licence or ability to obtain
• Supervisor or contractor licence highly regarded
• Previous field experience working within HVAC or refrigeration
• Strong customer service skills and professional phone manner
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to solve technical problems and work with complex information
• Ability to work in a busy and fast‑paced environment
