Summary :
Provide specialized technical support to customers, helping them understand and use Hexagon Software solutions effectively. Engineer with knowledge in mechanism/multibody dynamics simulation and vehicle dynamics. Pre-sales and post-sales support, projections, technical visits, and training.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to software users, solving doubts and usage problems.
- Run demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs) for simulation solutions, illustrating their effectiveness and applicability in manufacturing.
- Conduct webinars and training sessions for new software users.
- Expertise in simulation software for various manufacturing processes, including welding, mechanical forming, cutting and heat treatments.
Qualifications :
- University degree in engineering, business administration, technology or similar courses.
- Knowledge in mechanical/multibody software and vehicle dynamics (Msc Adams or Similar)
- Desirable knowledge in acoustics (Actran tool or similar), artificial inteligence (Odyssee tool or similar) and transmission system (Remax tool)
