Ensuring best practices are applied to all Process Applications as part of Continuous Improvement. Knowledge of File Net (CMIS) Migrating Process Apps from 8.5.7 to BAW V21 (includes IBM BPM 8.6) with rigorous regression testing and SIT sessions with Test Analysts. Production support and Production incident management. UI implementations (BPM UI, coaches and custom coach views) Business Process Engineering Responsibilities Define and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives in line with organisational standards and methodology and clear communication to business at all times. Functional requirement gathering. Process analysis, mapping, re-engineering and monitoring using best practices. System Analysis. Technical Solution Architecture design and implementation.
