Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Developer with strong expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to support enterprise asset management initiatives, including MAS migration, cloud modernization, application optimization, and ongoing production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6.x, MAS 8/9, Java customization, integrations, automation, and cloud migration.
This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to design, develop, maintain, and enhance Maximo solutions while ensuring high system availability and performance.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions.
Participate in Maximo 7.6.x to MAS 8/9 migration projects, including on-premises to SaaS cloud migration.
Configure and maintain Maximo components including Database Configuration, Escalations, Cron Tasks, Domains, Conditional Expression Manager, and Security.
Develop Java customizations and Automation Scripts.
Integrate Maximo with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, and other third-party applications.
Work closely with middleware and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Provide production support and resolve application performance, functionality, and availability issues.
Design and develop BIRT reports and SQL-based data extracts.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Support deployment, testing, configuration management, and system enhancements.
Monitor application health and recommend performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
Hands-on experience with Maximo 7.6.x and MAS 8/9.
Experience migrating Maximo from On-Premises to Cloud (SaaS).
Strong experience with Maximo Manage, Spatial, and Mobile modules.
Expertise in Java customization and Maximo Automation Scripts.
Experience configuring Maximo Database Configuration, Escalations, Cron Tasks, Domains, Conditional Expression Manager, and Security.
Experience integrating Maximo with SAP, Ariba, and enterprise middleware.
Experience with IBM WebSphere Administration.
Experience designing and developing BIRT Reports.
Strong SQL scripting and Microsoft SQL Server experience.
Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Datasplice.
Experience working in enterprise Asset Management environments.
Experience supporting cloud-based Maximo implementations.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
