Technical Program Leader
Our client, a leader in enterprise asset management solutions, is seeking a Technical Program Leader to join their team. As a Technical Program Leader, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting large-scale enterprise asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
What's the Job?
- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions.
- Serve as the technical lead for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), application architecture, integrations, data management, and cloud deployments.
- Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Design and maintain solutions supporting asset management, work management, inventory, procurement, maintenance, and operational business processes.
- Define and implement data governance, master data management, and data quality standards across Maximo and integrated systems.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IBM Maximo with at least 5 years in Solution Architecture leadership roles.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IBM Maximo implementations across multiple industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications.
- Strong experience managing programs valued at $5M+ with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
