Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM WebMethods Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in WebMethods integration, with hands‑on experience in Redis Cache, RabbitMQ, and micro‑services architecture. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using IBM WebMethods platform.
  • Develop and maintain microservices to support business processes and applications.
  • Integrate Redis Cache for efficient data storage and retrieval, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Integrate with API Gateway and other systems of integration.
  • Implement messaging and queuing solutions using RabbitMQ to facilitate smooth communication between services.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the integration landscape.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Broker, Designer, Trading Networks, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
  • Hands‑on experience with Redis Cache implementation and management.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms.
  • Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and web services (SOAP, RESTful).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT and relevant security features like mTLS etc that aligns with Zero Trust Architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
