We are a Fintech company developing next generation tools for how companies get funding and optimise their working capital. The company is looking to change how corporate finance works, by replacing static, limited and often stale financial metrics with live data-driven insights sourced from direct connections to our clients’ systems. We provide our clients with two products: tailor‑made financing programmes and a SaaS platform that provides working capital optimisation. Backed by a strong team of engineers, data scientists, and financial experts, we’re building the next generation of financial tools—scalable, secure, and smart.
Role
We are seeking ambitious engineers with a broad experience of technology who enjoy working on business‑critical systems. We need driven, proactive developers who thrive with autonomous project ownership and can take the lead on complex projects. As a software engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high‑impact features across our platform. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build reliable systems that solve complex financial problems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, take ownership of individual projects, and grow in a supportive, fast‑paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Python development.
- Very strong software engineering principles.
- Autonomy and motivation to get stuff done in a collaborative environment.
- Aptitude and desire to understand business and solve problems by leveraging data.
- Enthusiasm for startup environment and cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for automation and data infrastructure.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML‑powered features into products (e.g. LLMs, forecasting models, decision systems).
- Experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. code generation, copilots, automated testing, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Architecture, devops and infrastructure.
- Event‑driven systems.
- Data pipelines and modelling.
- Database design and optimisation.
Additional Skills
- Python, FastAPI, Pydantic.
- PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- AWS (Fargate/EKS/RDS/VPC/Lambda/Storages/Resource Monitoring).
- DevOps (Kubernetes/Terraform/Docker/Jenkins).
