Impact Coding Processor
We are excited to bring on an Impact Coding Processor to support the Producer Solutions Operations business in a work from home environment. As an Impact Coding Processor, you will play a key role in the final stage of the onboarding process for producers and agencies contracting with Lincoln. In this role, you will build and maintain producer hierarchies within the Impact system to ensure accurate reporting and producer compensation while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume, production-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working through complex situations. You will partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service while demonstrating strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role also includes identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.

What's in it for you:
The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $31.93 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
