MCS Group is partnering with a growing software business whose platform is used by some of the world's largest organisations to automate complex business reporting and compliance processes.
The software helps enterprise customers move away from manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes by improving how they collect data, manage workflows and deliver reporting.
Following continued growth and increasing customer demand, they are expanding their team with the addition of a number of Implementation Consultants.
The Role
This is a hands-on software implementation role, working directly with customers to successfully deliver and roll out the company's platform.
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll take customers through the implementation journey, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, data mapping, testing, training and go-live.
You'll work closely with customers to understand how they operate, translate their requirements into the platform and configure solutions that improve existing processes.
You'll also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams where additional functionality, integrations or technical input is required.
This would suit someone with experience in software implementation, SaaS delivery, professional services, client delivery or enterprise software projects who enjoys combining customer interaction with hands-on technology.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering software implementation projects for enterprise customers.
- Managing customers through the implementation lifecycle from discovery through to go-live.
- Gathering and documenting customer requirements.
- Configuring software, workflows and platform functionality around customer needs.
- Mapping, validating and transforming customer data.
- Supporting data migration and ensuring information is accurately configured within the platform.
- Using tools including SQL, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx and Power Automate to support implementation and data requirements.
- Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical requirements and deliver additional functionality.
- Running customer workshops, implementation sessions and solution demonstrations.
- Delivering user training and supporting customers through adoption and go-live.
- Testing configured solutions and ensuring implementations meet agreed requirements.
- Identifying potential challenges throughout delivery and working with customers to resolve them.
- Helping customers move from existing manual or spreadsheet-based processes onto the software platform.
About You
- Experience delivering software implementation, SaaS implementation or client delivery projects.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into software configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with structured data and complex business processes.
- Exposure to technologies such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Automate or similar tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical customers.
- A structured approach to managing implementation activities and customer deliverables.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in learning new technologies.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to £55,000 , depending on experience.
