  • Nature of role: Full time
  • Number of years of experience expected: 6 to 10 years
  • Areas of experience preferred: Candidates should have a background in financial services implementation, risk management consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery, with strong working knowledge of model risk management frameworks and banking regulation.
  • Educational qualification required: A degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant MBA or data science coursework is also welcomed.
  • Additional certifications preferred: PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent project management certification is a plus. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at tier-1 or tier-2 banks.
  • Preferred geography of previous work experience: Prior work experience in India, Europe, APAC.
  • Language requirements: Candidates must be able to write and speak fluently in English and should be comfortable presenting to C-suite and regulatory audiences.
  • Technology proficiency preferred: Familiarity with model risk management platforms, enterprise SaaS tools, risk and compliance systems, and financial services delivery frameworks is expected.


We required someone who can own Product development and end-to-end delivery of the MRM platform. You are the primary point of accountability between the client and the internal team, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder relationships from kickoff through go-live and beyond.


Key responsibility areas:

  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle — discovery, configuration, UAT, and go-live — for a large enterprise bank client
  • Enhance the product as pe the different regulatory requirements
  • Manage relationships with senior bank stakeholders including Chief Risk Officers, Model Risk heads, and internal audit teams
  • Translate client regulatory requirements (SR 11-7, SS1/23, SR 26-2) into actionable platform configuration tasks
  • Own project plans, risk logs, and escalation paths; ensure delivery stays on scope and schedule
  • Coordinate internally across configuration, engineering, and domain expert teams
  • Conduct executive-level status reporting and steering committee presentations

  • Period of engagement: Full time
  • Probation period: 6 months
  • Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
  • Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
  • Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

  • Personal interviews: There are expected to be at least 2 -3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
  • Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
