We're looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers to deploy, configure, and customize enterprise financial software.
You'll participate in implementation projects from initial setup through go-live, helping customers successfully integrate our solutions into their environments.
What you\'ll do Configure and implement enterprise software for customers Analyze business and technical requirements Install, customize, and maintain application environments Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and testing Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing Work closely with Development, QA, and Support teams Assist customers during go-live and post-implementation activities Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides What we\'re looking for Experience in Software Implementation, Application Support, Technical Consulting, or a similar role Experience working with SQL (Oracle or Postgre SQL is a plus) Basic knowledge of Linux Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders Willingness to work directly with customers Upper-intermediate English or higher Nice to have Experience with enterprise or financial software Knowledge of APIs, networking, or payment systems Experience participating in software implementation or migration projects Work on enterprise software used by financial institutions around the world Take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects Collaborate with international teams and customers Build expertise in fintech and enterprise software Opportunities for professional and technical growth #J- *-Ljbffr
