As an Implementation Manager, you will serve as the on-site representative of the organization at major hospitals, working closely with medical professionals to successfully adopt and integrate world-class digital systems.
This role requires a strong client-facing presence, the ability to operate effectively in hospital environments, and a solid technical foundation. You will also undergo specialized training on healthcare systems and industry standards to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data validation and migration activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of system inputs
- Oversee system deployment within healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing hospital workflows
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored implementation solutions
- Perform system deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and networking environments
Required Competencies
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and operational processes
- Understands and speaks Mandarin
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and migration tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing, on-site environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
