This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful onboarding and operational readiness.Please note: This is a business-facing, client implementation role focused on operations and onboarding—not a technical or IT project management position. Scope & ImpactLead projects from intake through implementation and completionTranslate state-driven and regulatory requirements into actionable execution plansEnsure alignment with contractual obligations and deadlinesDrive accountability across teams without direct authorityServe as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and implementation partnersWhat You’ll DoClient Implementation & DeliveryServe as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and solution deploymentSupport or lead onboarding initiatives and operational implementation projectsCoordinate the collection, validation, and configuration of client data and plan documentationProject Management & ExecutionDevelop, execute, and adapt project plans to meet evolving requirementsTrack milestones and maintain detailed project status documentationFacilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and drive stakeholder alignmentCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams (Provider Relations, Eligibility, Claims, IT, Clinical) to meet implementation requirementsEnsure operational readiness through effective coordination and communicationClient Experience & Issue ResolutionAct as the first line of response for client questions during onboardingIdentify, manage, and escalate risks or roadblocks to leadership as neededContinuous ImprovementConduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful transition to account managementContribute to process improvements and documentation to enhance efficiencyEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be consideredExperience3+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, healthcare operations, or project coordinationThis position is responsible for leading implementation and operational projects tied to state Medicaid contract changes, plan amendments, and regulatory updates, translating requirements into executable plans and driving full implementation through go-live.Medicaid program experience or work with state-based healthcare contracts (Highly Preferred)Experience translating regulatory or contractual changes into operational workflowsFamiliarity with Smartsheet and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)Preferred CertificationsPMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}LocationOur employees are based across multiple office locations throughout the United States. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
