Location: Brazil — Remote
Employment type: Full-time Contractor
English level: Advanced/Fluent
About the role
We are seeking Hospitality Implementation Coordinators to support the global rollout of a Sales & Catering platform across a large portfolio of hotel properties.
This is a hospitality implementation and project coordination role, not a technical support position. Each coordinator will manage a portfolio of hotels and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
The role is responsible for ensuring that hotel information is collected accurately, implementation activities remain on schedule, required training is completed, and issues are communicated to the appropriate teams. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with hotel properties, regional commercial stakeholders, corporate support teams, external vendors and technical resources.
Hospitality industry experience is the primary requirement. Technical experience is valuable but secondary.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary implementation contact for assigned hotel properties.
- Coordinate hotel-level activities for the rollout of a Sales & Catering platform.
- Guide properties through implementation milestones, readiness requirements and deployment gates.
- Ensure required hotel data is accurately gathered, mapped, validated and entered into implementation workbooks and systems of record.
- Follow up on missing information, corrections and data discrepancies.
- Track implementation progress, critical deadlines and hotel activation status.
- Identify delays and risks, take appropriate follow-up action and escalate issues when necessary.
- Verify that required e-learning modules and training activities are completed before hotels advance to the next implementation phase.
- Follow up with hotels that are behind schedule or have not completed required activities.
- Coordinate between hotel properties, corporate support teams, regional commercial leads, external vendors and technical resources.
- Facilitate consultation calls to ensure that platform configurations reflect each hotel’s operational and commercial needs.
- Validate required participation agreements, billing arrangements and other property-level deployment requirements.
- Maintain accurate implementation records, dashboards and status reports.
- Provide regional stakeholders and program leadership with clear updates on implementation progress.
- Support early-adopter initiatives and encourage hotels to begin implementation ahead of mandatory deadlines.
- Help ensure consistent communication and execution across multiple implementation workstreams and hotel properties.
Required qualifications
- At least three years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and the impact that technology changes can have on property teams.
- Experience working in or closely with hotel sales, catering, groups, events or commercial teams.
- Advanced or fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project coordination, organization and timeline-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hotel properties, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Ability to motivate stakeholders, reinforce deadlines and follow up consistently without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving implementation risks.
- Emotional intelligence, self-awareness and cultural sensitivity.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, implementation workbooks, dashboards, presentations and project-tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently within a remote and internationally distributed team.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Delphi, Delphi FDC, Amadeus Sales & Event Management or another hotel Sales & Catering platform.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or other hotel technology implementations.
- Salesforce experience.
- Previous involvement in hotel technology rollouts, system migrations, hotel openings or property conversions.
- Experience supporting implementations across multiple hotel properties or regions.
- Experience coordinating hotel teams, vendors and technical resources.
- University degree in hospitality, business, project management or a related field. A degree is preferred but not required.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate understands hotel operations and has experience working with hotel sales, catering, groups or events teams. They recognize the operational disruption that a new system can create and can guide hotel teams through change with empathy, organization and accountability.
They are comfortable managing deadlines, following up persistently, maintaining accurate records and communicating with stakeholders at different levels of an organization. They do not need to be a technical specialist, but they should be confident working alongside technical teams and learning hotel technology platforms.
