Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of enterprise-level experience, hands-on expertise in React.js, and a strong interest in leveraging AI tools such as Cursor, Claude AI LLM, and GitHub Copilot to enhance software development productivity and code quality.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java technologies on the backend and React.js on the frontend, while integrating AI-driven assistance in coding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Java frameworks such asSpring Boot.

Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications usingReact.js.

Utilize AI-powered tools such asCursor,Claude AI, andGitHub Copilotfor code completion, code generation, refactoring suggestions, debugging, and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into development workflows where relevant.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve software quality and maintainability.

Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Maintain and enhance existing codebases using AI-assisted code analysis.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI development tools, and full stack development best practices.

Required Skills

5+ years of enterprise-level experiencein full stack development.

Experience inproduct developmentis preferred.

Strong proficiency inJava 17+.

Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such asSpring Boot,Hibernate, or similar.

Strong frontend development experience withReact.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

Experience withRESTful API design and integration.

Strong knowledge ofHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such asCursor,Claude AI, orGitHub Copilot.

Familiarity with Large Language Models for code generation, documentation automation, or NLP-based application features.

Experience with version control systems such asGit.

Experience with build/package tools such asMaven, Gradle, npm, or yarn.

Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, and automation frameworks such asJUnit, Jest, Selenium, withSonarQubeintegration.

Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such asMySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Exposure toDockerand cloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or GCPis a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adopt AI tools to improve development workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience with React state management libraries such asReduxorContext API.

Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelinesand DevOps practices.

Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience developing or integratingAI-powered chatbots, conversational UIs, or NLP features.
