We are seeking a skilledPython Microservices Developer to design, build, andmaintainscalable, cloud-native backendsystems. The role involves developing independent microservices using Python, building secure and high-performance
APIs, and ensuring reliability in distributed environments. You will collaborate closely with product, DevOps, andengineering teams to deliver resilient services that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
You will work on:
5–8years of experience inPython Backend Development.
StrongproficiencyinPython 3 , including OOP, async programming, and clean code practices
Building RESTful APIs usingFastAPI ,Flask , orDjango REST Framework .
Applyingmicroservices architecture principles (service decomposition, stateless design, API gateways, event drivensystems)
Inter-service communication usingREST, messaging queues, and event streaming
Working withrelational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and ORMs
Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud-native development onAWS, Azure, or GCP
Implementingsecurity best practices (OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, secrets management)
Ensuring reliability withlogging, monitoring, and distributed tracing
Writingunit, integration, and API tests usingPyTestand related tools
CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps collaboration
Understandingdistributed systems concepts like scalability, fault tolerance, and eventual consistency
Strong interest in growing own technical skills
Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strongproficiencyin Python 3 with experience building RESTful microservices usingFastAPI, Flask, or Django
REST Framework.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka,
RabbitMQ).
Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of API security, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and secure coding practices.
Experienced in testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and Agile development workflows.
Preferred skill sets:
