Position: Technical Lead Python / TypeScript
Location: PA (Hybrid)
Requirement:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong full-stack development experience to join a high-performing engineering team. This role requires a technical leader who can drive architecture, mentor developers, and actively contribute to coding in a cloud-native environment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of recent Technical Lead experience
• Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js
• Frontend experience with React or Angular (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB), Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and Splunk
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent technical leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
• Ropes Coding Assessment is required
