Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Program Manager to lead Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing facilities in Appleton, WI. The role will focus on time studies, work measurement, line balancing, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The position will manage onsite/offshore teams, stakeholder communication, program governance, and manufacturing transformation initiatives.

- Video-based time studies and work breakdown.
- Line balancing using Yamazumi charts.
- High-volume, high-mix production environments.
- Multi-model line balancing and level loading.
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and TQM.
- Productivity improvement, cost reduction, and cycle time improvement.
- Automation, robotics, material flow, and inventory optimization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 7 15 years of experience.
- Automotive, Truck, or Off-Highway industry experience.
