Required Skills:
- 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Master Data Management
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Informatica Data Quality IDQ
- Data Controls and MDM utilities
- Match Merge Rules
- Data Governance
- Metadata Management
- Data Quality Frameworks
- Reference Data Management
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL
- Experience with ETL Data Integration tools and enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of REST APIs SOA and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services IICS
- Exposure to Azure AWS cloud platforms
- TOGAF or enterprise architecture certification
- Experience in Banking Financial Services Insurance or Healthcare domains
Leadership Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end MDM program delivery including requirement analysis design development testing deployment and support
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance processes
- Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related technologies
- Define data models match merge strategies survivorship rules hierarchy management and data stewardship workflows
- Lead source system analysis data profiling and data quality assessments
- Establish and enforce data governance standards policies and best practices
- Collaborate with business architecture integration ETL and analytics teams
- Manage MDM releases enhancements and production support activities
- Drive performance tuning scalability improvements and issue resolution
- Mentor development teams and conduct design code reviews
- Prepare project estimates plans status reports and risk mitigation strategies
