Job Position: Senior/Lead Informatica Developer
Location: Kolkata/Pune
Experience: 8 to 12+ Years
Shift Timing: UK shift – 2:30 to 11 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM and IDMC solutions.
• Develop and optimize complex fuzzy matching, match/merge, survivorship, and validation rules.
• Troubleshoot MDM processes, identify root causes, and implement performance and functional improvements.
• Work extensively with the SIF (Services Integration Framework) for data ingestion, publishing,
exception handling, and error resolution.
• Implement and support Address Doctor functionality for address cleansing, standardization, and validation.
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL Server.
• Develop, debug, unit test, deploy, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Support upstream and downstream data integrations and transformations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure high-quality, timely project execution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Informatica technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and IDMC.
• Proven expertise in:
o Fuzzy Match Rules
o Match & Merge
o Survivorship Rules
o Validation Rules
o MDM Configuration and Development
o Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Strong hands-on experience with SIF Framework.
• Experience with Address Doctor, including ingestion, publishing, exception handling, and error
resolution.
• Strong SQL Server / SQL skills for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in development lifecycle activities including debugging, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
Good to Have
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter / ETL.
• Experience with CDIPC (Cloud Data Integration – PowerCenter).
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) / CDQ.
• Exposure to the AWS technology stack.
• Experience working with upstream and downstream data transformations and data-quality validations.
• Previous experience in leading technical activities or mentoring junior team members.
